Our Story

A world of its own.

FUNtasia Audio began with a question: what happens when an audio tool is designed from the beginning for a digital environment?

We take inspiration from the way sound behaves, then follow the possibilities of digital design. Each instrument starts with a clear idea of what it should do and how it should feel to use.

Plugins, applications, Rack, presets, music, moving images, and the website are all parts of one imagined world. The instruments are made to work in real sessions, giving you a place to begin and room to shape what comes next.

Instead of treating every change in taste or workflow as a reason to replace a tool, we leave carefully chosen parts of an instrument open to you. Enough room to personalize its character, without turning the plugin into a development environment.

We are building another choice: a growing collection of tools with their own character, purpose, and place in the world of FUNtasia.
